About Outdoor Ceremonies
Plan your perfect outdoor ceremony at TWU’s Gardens. Black garden chairs can be set up on the greenhouse patio or a garden location of your choosing for ceremonies. If your wedding is scheduled for the gardens & greenhouse, the Little Chapel will serve as the inclement weather site, providing you do not exceed the 110 person capacity.
Greenhouse Patio and Gardens ceremonies include:
- Up to 100 black garden chairs
- Your own location choice within the garden area
- Use of portable sound system with microphones
- Event Attendant
The Office of Conference Services cannot give refunds for events canceled because of inclement weather.
Ceremony Rates
Fri-Sun Gardens Ceremony: $1,570
Prime Ceremony Rate (Saturday Afternoons): $1,770
Mon- Thu Gardens Ceremony: $1,470
Ceremony Parking:
- Complimentary on Saturdays & Sundays
- Weekday weddings receive parking for up to 25 vehicles. Inquire about the cost for additional parking spaces.
About Outdoor Receptions
Greenhouse Patio and Gardens receptions include:
- 4-hour event time
- 2-hour event time
- 6′ rectangle tables for guest seating and vendors
- Black garden chairs
- Event attendant
- Security staff
- Seating for up to 100 guests

University Gardens Reception Package Fri-Sun (up to 100 guests): $3,371
Prime Reception Rate (Saturday Afternoons): $4,191
Optional Add-Ons:
- Additional rental for event time – $200/hour
- Additional rental for decorating time – $100/hour
- Additional 6′ tables – $5

- Rain site reservation in the Student Union at Hubbard Hall -*Starting at $1000 (rain site only available if Pioneer Catering is the selected caterer)
