About Receptions
Reception packages at TWU include:
- 4-hour reservation time in a Hubbard Hall ballroom
- 2-hour decorating time
- 60” round tables & chairs for guest seating
- 6’ tables w/black skirting for vendor tables
- Dance floor
- Black iron easel
- Green Room for wedding party use, pending availability
Southeast Ballroom Package (up to 100 guests): $2,035
Southwest Ballroom sides A/B Package (up to 250 guests): $2,760
Pioneer Kitchen is the exclusive caterer for the Student Union at Hubbard Hall 940-898-2781.
Specialty colored lighting is available in the Southeast and Southwest Ballrooms. Ask the Little Chapel Coordinator for pricing!
Reception Parking:
- Complimentary on Saturdays & Sundays
- All visitors to campus are subject to parking fees Monday – Friday. The Little Chapel Coordinator can discuss options based on your event date and time.
